- sturdy cardboard box ideal for moving light to medium weight items like books, games, toys, crockery and general, smaller household items.

Large box measures : L 425mm x W 370mm x H 640mm (approx 100L carton)

- sturdy cardboard box ideal for moving large and heavy items including linen, clothing, footwear, kitchen appliances and general household items.

The Butler Moved It does not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. 

Returns and exchanges are only available in the unlikely event that you received the wrong item/s or an item is faulty.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused. You will also require the receipt or proof of purchase. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and rectify the issue immediately. If you are contacting us in regards to a faulty item please include photo/s evidence in the email.

Where do you ship my order from?

All orders are shipped from Adelaide, Australia.

Do you ship interstate or internationally?

We currently only ship to metropolitan Adelaide suburbs, but stay tuned!

How much is shipping?

Delivery is free for all Adelaide metropolitan areas.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Dispatch: 1–3 working days after purchase – all orders

Delivery: 2-4 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. 

Do you offer returns?
